Tonight, as I drive to choir practice, I’ll be thanking God for my winter tires. I’m thankful, too, that I had the means to buy them.
I’m also thankful
- for this afternoon’s 4 or 5 inches of new snow. If it’s going to be winter, we might as well have enough snow to play in.
- for my furnace, and for the oil it burns to keep me warm.
- for all my winter gear, parka, boots, mitts and tuque.
- for a warm bed—for my down comforter and wool blanket.
- for my family nearby, keeping my life full and busy.
- for projects to work on.
- that God enlightens his own so they see the truth about him.
What are you thankful for?
