Hi Ellen,

Thanks for the reminder. I'll put a post up shortly, I hope. As soon as I can, anyway.

Just wanted to let you know that I've posted the details for this months recipe round-up! I decided to go with soups and stews.

Oh good! Thanks. I'll post a link to that as soon as I can.

Hi Rebecca,

It took a little "research", but I finally found your blog and details about the recipe roundup. I've never participated before, but I'd like to begin and offer to host it.

Could you please let me know who the next host is and when I might be able to do so as well? (or at least point me in another direction of figuring it out:) ).

Thank you!

Hi Robin,

You'll find the information about the upcoming hosts of the Round Up here, along with other information about it.

The next month open for hosting is January.

I hope this helps, and if you're still interested in hosting, let me know, and I'll add you to the list.

Rebecca

Hi Elaine,

We need hosts from February onward. What month would you like?

You get to chose a category, too! Let me know. And thank you. :)

Hi Rebecca! I noticed on Elaine's blog that you needed a host for March. I'd love to help if I can. How do you determine the category? Let me know. Thanks.

Hi Julie,

I'd love to have you host it in March. The person hosting gets to decide the category.

If you're stumped for a category, you might open it up for suggestions on your blog. :)

Let me know if I can pencil your name in as next month's host.

Hey thanks! I'd be totally honored to host. I love to cook! Has anyone done appetizers? I'm always needing new ideas because our Sunday night service is in our fellowship hall and everyone brings a snack to share. Do I pick the day, too? How far in advance should I announce it? If you have a post I missed with the details of what I need to do, please direct me. I need obvious directions :), you know have it all spelled out for me? Thanks!

Hey, I saw the list from previous months (I think I actually contributed to the first one!). What about salads? We can HOPE for warmer weather?

February 20, 2008 | Unregistered CommenterJulie

Hi Julie,

Here's the information page.

I think we did salads sometime last summer, but salads is a big enough category that we could certainly do it again.

There really aren't too many categories that we haven't already done. Breads, maybe, which could include quick breads and muffins, etc.

I'm sure there are others, but I'm not coming up with them off the top of my head. :)

Anyway, it might be time to start repeating.

Vegetable dishes...we haven't done vegetables. :)
