Another Recipe Roundup?

question_mark WinCE.jpgPosting the pickled egg instructions reminded me how much fun it was to do the Christmas recipe roundup last year.  I’d like to do another one before the end of April, but I need a category for the recipes, and that’s where you come in.  What sort of recipes would you like to see in this roundup?  What would you find helpful or interesting or fun?  For which category of recipes would you be most likely to participate?

Snacks? Healthy snacks?

Well, since it's still cold out, how about casseroles? Then hopefully by May, we can start enjoying barbecues & salads because then it might be getting warm!

I don't know about others but I barbecue year long. As for types of recipes I am all in for salad's. Which could always double as healthy snacks. ;)

How about quick supper fixes? I'm always looking for something quick to make on nights when we have to be out.

How about soups?

I'm in! Doesn't matter what the category is!

Count me in too. I'm always looking for something my young children will like.

Add a strange twist and ask for recipes sans dairy, eggs, nuts, or soy!! Just kidding...you wouldn't have many participants. My sons have allergies to all of those things, so my recipes are quite dull. I'll try to join in the fun, though. How about recipes for "turning up" vegetables?

Hi Leslie,

We have dairy and nut allergies, although the dairy have lessened as they've grown. But we never, ever do nuts of any sort. Oh, and I'm allergic to corn! You have my sympathy!

The quick pickled eggs is great.
I'd be in for quick supper fixes (as you know I'm a simple type cook)
